Returns and refunds

Your rights

Under the Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure with a product, and to have it repaired or replaced if it fails to be of acceptable quality. This applies to faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods.

If something is wrong

Contact us as soon as you notice, quoting your order number and, for damaged goods, a photo of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method and are shown on your statement within a few business days, depending on your bank. We email you when a refund is issued.

Chemicals and sterile items

For safety, opened chemicals and sterile products cannot normally be returned unless faulty. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
