Terms and conditions

These terms apply to purchases made on this website from Novabridge Technologies Pty Ltd (ABN 90 694 647 357), referred to as "we". By placing an order you agree to them.

Prices and GST

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Your tax invoice shows the GST included in your total. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.

Orders and payment

• Your order is placed when you complete payment. We then email you a confirmation and tax invoice.
• Payment is taken securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Stock is held for you while you pay. If payment is not completed in time, the order is cancelled automatically.
• We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error.

Delivery quotes

Some items, such as dangerous goods or very heavy orders, need a delivery cost we confirm personally. In that case no payment is taken until we send you a quote and you accept it by paying.

Laboratory products and chemicals

Products are sold for laboratory, research, educational and industrial use unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for using, storing and disposing of products safely and in line with the safety data sheet. Some products can only be shipped under special conditions.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. The terms in force when you order apply to that order. These terms are governed by the law of South Australia and the courts of that State.
